How it works
Three weeks from a sample to a plan you can act on
Nothing is prescribed before it is measured, so what you pay for is what your biology actually needs.
Step by step
The full process
From choosing a panel to your twelve-week retest.
Week oneChoose and sample
Pick a panel from your concern, or let a clinician choose after a short intake. Sample at home with a finger-prick kit or at a partner clinic.
Week twoLab and clinician review
An accredited lab runs your samples. A BioHealthcare Hub clinician reads every marker against your age, cycle, medication and goals.
Week threeYour protocol
You receive a written protocol: what to treat, in what order, and what to correct first so the treatment holds.
Week three onwardsTreatment at a certified clinic
Your plan travels to a certified provider with your markers attached. Treatment is dosed and timed to your results.
Every twelve weeksRetest
We measure what we changed. Results are checked, not assumed, and the protocol is adjusted.
AlwaysYour Club profile
Results, protocol and bookings live on your Club profile and travel with you to any clinic in the network.
Sampling
At home or in clinic
Most panels can be sampled at home with a finger-prick kit. Advanced panels, body composition and some hormone tests use a venous sample at a partner clinic or with your provider.
01 · At home
Kit posted to you with return packaging. Sample in the morning, before food, unless your clinician says otherwise.
02 · In clinic
Book a partner testing centre or your certified provider. Results are linked to your Club profile.
Lab partners
Accredited laboratories
Samples are processed by accredited clinical laboratories. Reports are issued to your BioHealthcare Hub clinician, who reads them against optimal ranges rather than only standard reference ranges.
Accredited
Laboratory partners hold recognised clinical accreditation in the countries where they operate.
Optimal ranges
Markers are read against ranges associated with skin, hair and healing outcomes, not only against disease thresholds.
Clinician-read
Every report is reviewed by a clinician before your protocol is written.
Private
Results are held on your Club profile and shared only with the clinics you choose.
